This is a new adventure! After having been partner in an associated law firm, I have decided to go solo. This will help me to concentrate on the main area of focus: technology, free software, law in digital space!

It is exciting, yet very demanding. Almost nobody in Italy has taken this decision. I am already cooperating with a number of institutions whose mission is complemental in such respect, just like the Free Software Foundation Europe's Freedom Task Force and the Software Freedom Law Center. But this is going to be something absolutely new in Italy and dedicated. My actual areas of practice are listed in the "areas" page.

Yet, for selected friends and clients, I will keep sort of a full service law firm in the area of civil law, with a little help from my friends...
